2 cups cooked brown rice cold
2 cups cooked corn kernels
1 cup celery pieces
1 cup walnuts
1 cup grated carrot
5 spring onions finely sliced
2 heaped tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
(GF, DF, YF, V)
Combine all ingredients and serve with one of our lovely dressings.
